Steering Committee meeting
The
next Steering Committee meeting is scheduled for February 15th at 6:00
PM
at the Law Enforcement Center in Two Harbors.
The LEC is at 613 Third
Avenue.
An
information packet was mailed to all members today, including a summary
of
the public meetings, and a set of land use goals (based on public meeting
comments)
to start the discussion on goals.
We
need to accomplish the following tasks:
- Identify the goals and approximate goal
language;
- Identify which goals will be addressed in
the EAW portion of the planning
process;
- Begin discussion on geographic distinctions
in applying goals (how the
goals
might be applied differently in each community in the planning area).
